The following shipping and return policies apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.

Delivery & Shipping

Orders usually ship within 2 – 3 business days, and are made worldwide. KAYU is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All orders are shipped via USPS. Domestic shipments take approximately 1 - 6 business days to arrive. International shipments take approximately 6-10 business days to arrive. Please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country, and any additional charges must be paid by you.

U.S. Shipping Costs:
$0 - $199 = $4.95
$200 - $299 = $9.95
$300 and up = FREE

International Shipping Costs:
$0 - $199 = $9.95
$200 - $299 = $14.95
$300 and up = FREE

Exchanges & Refunds

If you wish to exchange or return an item please contact us within 14 days upon receipt. Goods will only be accepted if they have been unused along with a copy of the invoice. Please indicate on the back of the invoice the reason for the return and whether it is an exchange or return. All credit will take place within 7 – 10 business days. All shipping costs associated with returns are at the customer’s expense.
